This year the drug companies have given the Republican Party 10.4 million dollars in PAC money.
God only knows how much they gave the Democrat Party and Congressmen! This is why I'm
against medicare paying part of the drug bills of people on medicare. It will not help
Senior Citizens, because it will allow the drug companies to charge even more for the
drugs used by Senior Citizens. There is no free lunch!
Allowing Medicare to pay for part of prescription drugs will bankrupt Social Security
and Medicare funds. This is an attempt by the drug companies to loot Social Security
and Medicare funds. What Congress should be doing, is, stop drug companies from
charging Americans over twice as much for the same drugs they sell in other parts of
the world at less than half the price. PAC money will stop any good legislation on this
issue!
Ironically, most prescription drugs, especially synthetic drugs do more harm than they
are worth. I do know what I am talking about! Four years ago, I was dying because of
the lies of the medical establishment and prescription drugs the licensed medical doctors were
giving me. I've done little else in the last four years but study medical research. I've delved into
medical research and diets overtime.
I'm not a licensed medical doctor (thank God), thus I have not been fettered by the lies of the
medical establishment. I have an advantage over most medical doctors because most medical
doctors have an I.Q. of less than 120. Having a very high I.Q. gives me a good memory of what
I've read. I've studied most of the good books by most of the best medical doctors.
I've studied all the best diet books like, all "The Zone" books by Doctor Barry Sears, "The False
Fat Diet", by doctor Elson Haas , "Eat Right 4 Your Type" (Blood Type), "Low fat Lies, high-fat

Thus, I'm more knowledgeable about good diets and good and bad medicine than 97 percent of
Licensed Medial Doctors. My doctors were as good as any licensed medical doctors, but the
medical establishment is in the dark ages when it comes to curing people. The FDA is controlled
by the pharmaceutical industry and large food distributing corporations. The way it is now, no
good medicine will ever get through the FDA regulations.
I am writing this News Letter which I might later incorporate into a full book on diet, nutrition,
supplements, vitamins, and minerals. Last time I tried to publish a book, the
publishing company wanted $15,000.00 up front. I don't have that kind of money, nor
would I go in debt to publish a book. If I write my book, I will see if I can get one of the famous
authors to co-author it with me since they know how to market the book.
This News Letter and the book will be a composite of all the knowledge I've acquired
in all my medical, vitamin, supplement, mineral, nutrition researches and the diet books
I have read. I have all the books, material, resources and knowledge via a good memory to write
this News Letter and the Book.
Ninety-five percent of licensed medical doctors in the United States are practicing bad
medicine. The American people and Medicare are being ripped off big-time by the medical
establishment and the pharmaceutical companies. After doing much research,
licensed medical doctors and the medical establishment scare me. Most of the medical industry has
the attitude that since their medical procedures are established, they are not interested in new
information which shows their procedures are wrong or that they are practicing bad medicine.
They have the attitude that since the vast majority of medical doctors are practicing bad medical
procedures, thinking it to be good medicine, that makes it good medicine.
Medical doctors should try to get to the source of the medical problems rather than treating the
symptoms. Doctors ignorantly prescribe synthetic drugs, when a milder God given, natural
substance or natural food would do the job more effectively. It is bad medicine to prescribe
synthetic drugs when there is a natural food or natural substances that would do a better job!
In all cases, except emergencies, natural raw food and/or natural substances will do a better job
than prescription drugs. Yet, Congress wants to keep poisoning the American people with more
prescription drugs. PAC money is behind this. I don't care what disease a person has, there are
alternative medicines known by good medical doctors which will do a better and more effective
job than any prescription drug. Synthetic drugs are just too harsh!

The only time a synthetic drug should be prescribed is when it is an emergency or when nothing
else can be found that works. There are tons of valid research out there showing synthetic drugs,
flu shots, antibiotics, alcohol, Chlorine in the water, refined sugar, refined salt, refined flour and
especially Corn Syrup, harms the pancreas and the bioflora in the intestines which fuels our DNA
and our immune systems. Every time we receive these poisonous substances our immune system
and DNA are damaged.
Enough DNA damage by these poisonous products and we contract cancer, diabetes, Auto
Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), and all the other deadly diseases. This is common
knowledge in the medical research community. Yet, because of special interest groups and greed,
doctors who blow the whistle are discredited. The FDA is controlled by the greedy special interest
groups.
Though there are natural substances known and/or proven to be more effective than synthetic
prescription drugs, they will never get past the FDA, because of the special interest control of the
FDA and USDA. The reason for this is that natural drugs can't be patented! Since the drug
companies can't patent natural substances, no-one wants to spend the billion dollars it takes to get
a natural drug past the FDA into the US pharmacopoeia.
Small natural drug companies are not even allowed to advertise the known value of their good
products. Dr. Rice discovered an electronic devise that healed cancer. He was healing his patients
right and left for just a small fee. The FDA with men in black moved in, arresting Dr. Rice,
confiscating his records and equipment and put him in prison. Multi-millionaire Wayne Green has
the documentation on this in one of his books.
If it works, who gives a damn if something is not approved by the FDA or USDA? Why does the
government do such evil things? It is done in the name of greed! Friedrich Nietzsche said: "What
everyone believes, is never true." I can assure you, what you hear on radio, television and most
other media is never fully true. The media always tells half-truths, with special interest political
propaganda spins. After the spin, good is usually portrayed as evil. Saints and patriots are
portrayed as evil and the wicked are portrayed as the good guys.
When true geniuses emerge, it is easy to spot them; all the idiots form alliances like the FDA and
USDA to hinder and defame the geniuses, fighting against them. Bankers and the American
Cancer Society have invested billions in hospitals and equipment to fight cancer. They can't have
some little guy like Dr. Rice come along with a cure for cancer putting them out of business. This
kind of government abuse is happening time and time again!

******************* What Destroys your Health? ************************
It has been proven time and time again that cooking your food is the cause of most of
the medical problems of the human race. Read the book: Nature's First Law, the raw-food diet
(ISBN 0-9653-533-0-3) especially pages 208-212 where it talks about
the research done. In all cases, animals given cooked food did worse than those given
raw food. Most of the animals given cooked food died. The animals given 100% raw
food all lived three times as long as those who did not eat 100% raw food.
The animals given 100% raw food were immune to all diseases. Those given cooked
food contracted all the diseases common to humans: cancer, diabetes, strokes, heart
disease, obesity, etc. etc., the list goes on. None of the animals given 100% raw food became
obese, nor did they acquire any other medical problems.
The best medical doctors believe, people who acquire multiple medical problems like I have, who
also become obese, were made that way by too much cooked food, overcooked food, low fat
diets, over refined products like commercial flour, refined sugar, corn syrup, refined salt and
chlorine in the drinking water. If you remove those bad foods, remove bad water, filter air in your
house, get plenty of exercise, eat as much Raw Food as you can, eat the Mediterranean Diet, you
will likely live to be 150 years old, all the while staying in good health. You can bank on it,
because you will seldom need medical doctors, nor medicine. That is what the latest research
indicates!
Due to greed, it will probably take 20 years for this information to filter down to the medical
doctors. Due to the Internet, it will filter down to the general public years before it filters down
the medical doctors who don't have time to browse the Internet.
Your medical doctor won't tell you this because he/she has not done the research the scientists
and I have done. Medical Doctors don't have the time to read all the research I have read.
I've given licensed medical doctors copies of my research and my newsletters and months later
they apologized that they have not had time to read them. The Overlords in the medical
establishment are not going to pass this information down to the licensed medical doctors in their
medical journals, because it would put most of them out of business. The only value in going to a
medical doctor is to get proper diagnosis, and consultation on what medical tests to do and how
to interpret the tests for your own information. Don't try to diagnose yourself. Medical doctors
are good at diagnosis and surgery, but I don't want most of their poisonous prescription drugs.

I'm hypoglycemic and borderline diabetic, but I am reversing the problem with natural
substances like Gymnema Sylvestre, Vanadyl Sulfate and 80% raw food. I hope to be
able to work into 100% raw food. But, I'm having problems with raw food being too
rough for my stomach. From reading the latest research, a combination of Raw Food and
Mediterranean Diet, using Olive Oil to help digest the raw food is a million times better than the
low fat diet the FDA and medical establishment are pushing.
The medical establishment is not likely to stop pushing the low fat diet, because a combination
Raw Food and Mediterranean Diet would put 90% of the medical establishment out of business.
That is why it is being covered up. It has been proven,
the low fat diet is the most deadly diet there is! It has also been proven, the Raw Food Diet and
Mediterranean Diet are the best. The body can't receive proper nutrition without fat. Thus, we
must make the fat, good fat like Olive Oil. Bad fat will kill you. This is documented in "Low fat

**************** Half-Witted, Banker Crippled, Science ****************
The scientists, medical doctors, the FDA, and pharmaceutical companies can do all the research
they want, but it will take them ten-thousand years to outdo nature. Each natural food has
millions of different natural types of enzymes in them and it will take science ten-thousand years
to research all of those enzymes and know how they interact, impact us or how they impact foods.
My proof reader said: (That is a little hard to believe, maybe, 'Each natural food has a host of
natural elements?') Believe it or not, it is a fact documented in the book "Nature First Law, the
raw Food Diet". When we cook our food there is only one thousand types of enzymes that
survive the heat. Scientists have ignored these facts.
Their whole science is based on those few one thousand enzymes that remain after cooking, which
is just a few of the millions of raw compounds found in raw food. Science only knows about a few
substances out of millions, having no idea how those substances interact with the millions of
natural substances found in raw food. Yet, they have the gall to tell us they are experts! They
make subjective speculations based on poorly done limited experiments and call it modern science.
So-called modern science is dangerous. License medical doctors can only use an educated guess,
based on the lies they have received and the little they subjectively think they know!

The Books: "Low fat Lies, high-fat fraud and Natures First Law, the raw food diet" point out that
most research is poorly funded, thus the experiments are very limited and brief. Because of this,
most of the assumptions based on limited research are bogus.
Then, some famous doctor, wanting to make a name for him/herself, always comes
along taking the experimental evidence out of context.
The vast majority of the medical establishment like mindless parrots, too lazy to read the research
for themselves, jump on the bandwagons of famous doctors who push unproven hypothetical
assumptions, as if it were scientific fact. Then the rank and file licensed medical doctors, who
don't have time to read much, pick up on what is falsely, assumed to be fact, then argue the false
premises with bogus syllogisms. Medical Journals also jump on the bogus bandwagons. Believe it
or not, this is how the medical establishment and most licensed medical doctors operate.
Like I said, most licensed medical doctors don't have a very high I.Q., nor good memories, thus
they like to jump on bandwagons to make up for their shortcomings.

"specious" they mean grasping at straws to support their bogus theory.)

If you have read psychology books and books like, "How to win friends and influence
people", "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus" etcetera, you know that especially men
like praise, fame and glory. Sex, money, prestige, power and influence are the driving forces of
most men. The male brain (ego) will go to any extreme to get other men and women to admire
them. Sex and Pecking Order are the most important two things to most men.
Women doctors are not off the pecking order hook either! If you look at the Shaman,
Native American section on my Website: www.angel7.org, you will find a well researched article
on gender by Spirit Woman. After reading Spirit Woman's article, you will understand that not all
women are women and not all men are men. Some women have male brains and some men have
female brains. All men and women's brains are hinged somewhere on the gender scale in-between
both extremes of feminine or masculine.
Thus, a large number of professional women, especially women doctors, if measured on the
gender scale, are about as masculine as the average man and more masculine than some men. It
seems the more masculine gendered your brain hinging is, and the higher your current
testosterone level, regardless of whither you are male of female, are the driving forces to success
in both men and women. Thus, the more masculine the woman's brain, and the higher her
testosterone level, the more successful she is in competing with men.
After reading Spirit Woman's book, (Gender & The Holy Bible) and other books on gender, it is
very obvious when we see women with masculine brains or men with feminine brains. When we
are in town mother and I keep saying to each other, there goes another woman in a man's body or
there goes another man in a woman's body. It is very obvious after you have read Spirit Woman's
55 page book.
The vast majority of these cross-gender people have no idea they are cross-gendered.
According to well done scientific studies, about 10 percent of the American population are
cross-gendered and don't even know it. Another 10 percent are very close to crossing over the
gender borderline on the gender scale.
For borderline people, often all it takes is menopause, or a hormone problem to force a person
over the gender line into being controlled by the other brain gender. When men reach
male-menopause, they mellow down and are easier to reason with. Men with high testosterone

When you see a woman who is too bossy or has the reputation of being a bell cow, it is very likely
that person is (male brained) cross-gendered. Cross-gender women usually hen pick their
husbands. Cross-gender women usually marry men they can dominate. It is obvious for all to see
that she wears the pants in the family. Cross-gender men are very yielding and don't wear the
pants in the family. Cross-gender men find it difficult standing up against pushy men and pushy
women. That is how you spot them.
Cross-gender men are usually dominated by women. They don't mind being dominated by women.
Frankly, cross-gendered men might just as well give up and wear skirts, because it is too difficult
for them to be men. They should be reclassified by society as Eunuches, because in God's view
and in the original Greek Holy Bible they are classified eunuches.
Because of brain cross-gender, many licensed women medical doctors are as bad as men when it
comes to wanting fame, glory, power and prestige. The average woman medical doctors has
about the same I.Q. as the average male doctor. Thus, to make up their shortcomings, many
women doctors are as bad as the male doctors in jumping on bandwagons.
Licensed medical doctors love to jump on the bandwagons of famous doctors, but they don't like
to go against them. It is very difficult to get licensed medical doctors to go against the lies of
famous doctors or the medical establishment. Medical Doctors are very fearful of losing their
license. This is why average licensed medical doctors scare me!
********************* Poisonous Foods ******************************
Back in 1906 the FDA banned Corn Syrup, but the FDA was pressured by the large
corporations into lifting the ban. In 1906, lab experiments proved Corn Syrup caused Diabetes
and other major health problems. Today there is a multitude of evidence that Corn Syrup is the
leading factor causing most of the hypoglycemia and Diabetes in America.
When a person has hypoglycemia, the cells of the body are starving, but most of the food
hypoglycemic people eat is going mostly into fat storage. That is why Americans are so obese.
Hypoglycemia makes us hungry all the time, forcing us to eat too much, yet we are still starving
to death.

I'm compiling research on Corn Syrup, because I have been a victim of Corn Syrup for
the last twenty years. There has been a larger cover-up by the food industry and the FDA on the
harm of Corn Syrup than what was done by the tobacco industry on nicotine. When and if I get
my research all done, I hope to file a huge law suit against the food industry and the FDA. The
FDA has sold out to special interests, so the FDA is currently a useless drain on taxpayers.
There is also a cover-up on refined sugar, chlorine in drinking water, and refined flours. Those
substances all cause cancer, diabetes and a host of medical problems. Most processed, packaged
and canned foods are also causing medical problems. People like to believe they live in some
enlightened age. But, it looks to me as if they
are truly in the Dark Ages, where every progressive idea or great invention is, for years,
persecuted by the corrupt few and the ignorant masses. Against the supreme wisdom of Nature,
even the most eminent scientists, with all their learning and countless discoveries, have no greater
insight than a mental cripple.
Contrary to the arrogant claims of some boastful scientists, human beings have only
pierced the surface of cellular complexity. With every advance in research, it has become more
and more clear that even the most educated biologists and scientists understand only an
infinitesimal part of the whole that still remains hidden. Even if humans could penetrate into all of
the clandestine secrets of the cell, the information
would fill more books than the world could hold and no-one would have good enough
memory to memorized or understand the ramifications. This is why cognitive com-puter programs
and the Internet will be our doctors in the future.
Nevertheless, ordinary physicians, in their crass arrogance, imagine themselves to be
specialists on those extensive systems. When physicians scribble the name of some
medicine on a piece of paper, they naively suppose they can restore the disorganized
functions of billions of organic systems (called cells) by the prescription of a single poison.
Medical science has convinced the masses that they must resign themselves
to the fickle caprices of fate or submit to crazy tests and experiments.

As Florence Nightingale said: "The specific disease doctrine is a grand refuge of weak,
uncultured, unstable minds, such as now rule the medical profession. There is no specific disease;
there are specific disease conditions." Florence Nightingale's statement is just as true today as it
was when she spoke those words. Disease has no
effect on healthy cells. Disease only effects damaged unhealthy cells. When we damage our DNA
cell structures with cooked food, prescription drugs, flu shots and
antibiotics we open ourselves up to all the diseases.
If we really want to get serious about healing people, the modern medical establishment must stop
greedy special interests from clouding their judgment , start telling the truth, get back to the core
cause of disease, and stop hiding and restricting the real cures. The real cures are in Nature and its
Natural substances. Modern science is trying to lock the doors after the diseased horse has
escaped. Modern science is so busy putting expensive machinery in the barns (hospitals), they
won't leave the barn long enough to rescue the horse.
The basic error of modern medical science lies in its deplorable short-sightedness. In
this world, it is now possible to arbitrarily fill a group of people with some elementary
bits of knowledge, fanciful conjectures, hypothetical assumptions, and contradictory
theories, and then grant them licenses with complete freedom to toy with the lives of
their fellow animals and human beings by means of thousands of poisons, torturous
instruments, tests, and arbitrary living regimens.
Ordinary doctors are really not to be wholly blamed, because most medical doctors only have
I.Q's of 120, thus, they simplemindedly put into practice the bad medicine
they have been taught by their professors in medical schools. Then they band together
forming organizations like the A.M.A. and F.D.A. so they can put to silence the few
men/women of real genius with I.Q's of 150-220 who have the real cures.
Most Americans have been brainwashed into the doctor-god mentality scam. Everyone
is saying 'my doctor said this or my doctor said that!' After doing all my medical research, I have
came to the point of being so scared of halfwit doctors who don't know what they are talking
about, I don't frankly give a damn what doctors think! Most
Americans have no regard for the ideas of unlicensed non-doctor geniuses who have
the real cures. It is more important to listen to what your body is telling you through your own
intuition, than to listen to any of us so-called experts.

If non-doctor geniuses can produce real cures, intelligent people don't give a damn if
people have sheep's skin saying they are licensed medical doctors. The United Nations did a
survey and found that witch doctors have as much success at curing people as modern licensed
medical doctors. The UN survey does not speak well for modern science, and governments
requiring people to have medical licenses before they can put into practice what they know about
curing people. If it were lawful, I could do a better job of healing people than 97 percent of the
licensed medical doctors.
Government officials nor modern scientists have enough knowledge or wisdom to know who is
qualified to treat or cure those who are sick. Everything in America is over-regulated. The
government needs to butt out of peoples lives and business, and
stop being busybodies, regulating things it knows nothing about.
********* Elijah's Raw Mediterranean, Non-Reactive-Zone Diet **********
This is a very simple diet! Allow no longer than 4 hours to go by between meals. Do
not eat until you are full. Eat until you are 2/3's full. Restrict your calories as much as
you can without going hungry. Eat 40 percent of your calories in fat, the vast majority
of fat ingested must be good fat, of which most is Olive Oil and Omega 3 fatty Acid
found in fish.
You want to ingest at least 4 tablespoons of olive oil per day. Use the olive oil on your green
salads and vegetables. There is about 80 calories in each tablespoon of olive oil. If you have
preexisting medical problems, keep good records of what you eat and when you ate it.
Most obese women will lose weight on 1500 calories per day and most obese men will
lose weight on 2000 calories per day. But that calorie figure is based on people of average body
frame size, like women who should ideally weigh 120 pounds and men
who should ideally weigh 165 pounds if they were in their prime. A man who is skin
and bones at 200 pounds, like I was when I was 21 years old, would starve to death eating 2000
calories per day.
My father was also a large framed man, and every time we were in the hospital they
would starve us half to death. Its kind of ironic that farmers and veterinarians have brains enough
to feed a large 200 pound animal twice as much as a 100 pound animal,
but medical doctors, nurses and hospital staff are too stupid to think for themselves.
Yet, in all fairness, if they did think for themselves they would be fired!

Thus in hospitals and nursing homes a 50 pound dwarf gets fed the same amount as a large
framed man. When the large framed man complains he is being starved to death, he is called a
glutton. "Low Fat Lies, High Fat Frauds" is the first book I've read that took size into
consideration. All good doctors agree, "there is No Magical Diet! The only real way to lose
weight is to cut back on your calorie intake."
Take in 30 percent of your calories in protein. Much of the protein and/or protein building blocks
are contained within almost every fresh raw vegetable. When the vegetables are cooked, they lose
most of the protein and protein building blocks. As soon as the vegetable is picked, the building
blocks in vegetables start gradually degenerating. After picking vegetables, within 48 hours, half
the building blocks are gone. Within a week or two after picking, most building blocks are gone.
So, fresh is best! It pays to at least grow your own greens and sprouts for this reason.
Here in Western Washington, you can grow most of your fresh living greens in two or three
4.5x10 foot raised outdoor cold frames or cloches, or cloche covered pots. Cloches and
Coldframes extend the growing season in Western Washington six weeks in the spring and
another six weeks in the fall. That makes the warm crop growing season 90 days longer. If you
plant a winter crop in mid August, in cloches or coldframes, you can grow and harvest fresh living
greens twelve months per year.
You can grow sprouts in your house in jars or sprouting trays. Sprouting trays are best. Fresh
living greens and sprouts contain all the protein and/or protein building blocks you need if you
ingest enough of them. Who knows how much enough is? I've not been into this raw food long
enough to know! But, I have friends who have been into 100% raw food for over seven months
and it is working for them.
If you must eat meat, take in less than 20 percent of your calories from lightly cooked
meat; and take in 30 percent of your calories in carbohydrate, most of which should
be raw vegetables. Don't eat more red meat than the size of the palm of your hand with
each meal. The less meat you can get by with the better.
Fish is the best choice for meat if you can afford it and are able to get by without red
meat. Poultry is better than red meat only if it is organically grown. There are too many
harmful chemicals and hormones in most commercially grown poultry. Red meat has
the same problem, but to a lesser extent. It pays to seek out local farmers who raise,
poultry, cattle or sheep without using harmful chemicals, antibiotics and hormones. Sometimes it
is possible to find in the grocery store, "organic meat" as in no antibiotics, hormones or other
chemicals, but it is more expensive then regular meat.

The more you cook your vegetables and meat the more carcinogenic (poison) it becomes. Don't
use hamburger, because it has too much bad fat and is too contamination to eat partly raw. If a
big roast is well cooked on the outside, there is little probability it is contaminated inside. Eat the
inner part of the roast as rare as you can stand it. With Chicken and turkey cook until done, but
don't overcook. Poultry does have inner contamination.
Eat as much fish as you can afford for protein, but don't overcook. Try to at least eat 80 percent
of your vegetables raw if your stomach can handle it. However, taking in 100 percent of your
calories in raw vegetables is best if you can handle it. If you can't handle Olive Oil, use Canola Oil.
Canola Oil is not as good as Olive Oil.
The reason olive oil in your diet with each meal is so important, is because the good fat in olive oil
triggers your brain telling your brain you have had enough to eat. When this happens, you are no
longer hungry. When you ingest a tablespoon or two of olive oil with your vegetables or salad,
your brain is signaled that you are full and satisfied and you won't get hungry again for a few
hours. Those low fat diets leave you hungry all the time and that is why low fat diets don't work.
That is also why high protein diets don't work and why high carbohydrate diets don't work. Not
enough fat!
The only fats mentioned in the Holy Bible, that the Bible says is acceptable to eat, is, olive oil and
curds of milk (CHEESE). Don't eat much cheese, it has the bad fat. Ingesting animal fats were
largely prohibited. Another reason to eat olive oil with each meal is the fact that Beta-Carotene
and all carotenes are known for their impressive antioxidant capabilities.
As you know, antioxidants are one of the greatest disease fighters in nature. Antioxidants are
great cancer fighters, diabetes fighters and immune system boosters. Yet, your doctor did not tell
you that if you don't eat fat within a few hours of ingesting foods or vitamins with carotene in
them, your body won't ingest the carotene, but your body will flush out all the carotenes in your
salad into the toilet.
Other reasons to eat olive oil with every meal, is olive oil is the ideal fat for people interested in
fighting cancer and losing weight. Canola Oil is second best. Olive Oil is rich in oxidation resistant
monounsaturated fat, carries its own supply of cancer fighting phytochemicals and antioxidants,
tastes fairly good, and promotes greater consumption of cancer fighting vegetables, and permits
the absorption of cancer fighting carotenes. The more vegetables we eat, the less likely we are to
develop cancer.

There is also evidence that olive oil may offer some protection against carcinogens in
cooked meat. The phytochemicals in olive oil prevent ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid
from linking together and inhibits the formation of heterocyclic amines when meat is
cooked. It is very important to cook your meat with olive oil or put olive oil on the meat before
you cook it.
If you don't ingest fat, (Olive Oil) with each meal, Lycopene in tomatoes and tomato sauce goes
down the toilet. Lycopene in tomatoes and tomato sauce is the very best prostate medicine in the
world. Lycopene has many beneficial enzymes for both men and women.[source, page

Low fat diets can convert bad cholesterol into an even worse form of bad cholesterol.
Some LDL particles are large, fluffy and relatively benign. The fluffy, large particles
don't do much damage to your arteries. The tiny LDL particles are prone to oxidation
and do lots of damage to your arteries. Adding olive oil to each meal reduces the amount of small
LDL particles in your blood. [page 70, of Low Fat Lies]
As triglyceride levels go up, small LDL particle levels go up. In a study, Dr. Krauss
found that 34 percent of the men on low fat, high carbohydrate diets like the medical
establishment is promoting, shifted their LDL from large fluffy particles to dangerous
small aggressive oxidized particles. It makes more sense to push a diet that will preserve good
HDL while lowering levels of triglycerides and small LDL. Eating a little more good fat like olive
oil with each meal and fewer carbohydrates can prevent
this bad kind of shift.
Doctors often don't check triglyceride levels. However, checking triglyceride levels is just as
important as checking cholesterol, because triglyceride levels are LINKED TO SMALL LDL
PARTICLES. When fasting levels of triglyceride reach 150, almost all LDL shifts over to the
dangerous smaller particles.
Today medical doctors are not concerned if your fasting triglyceride levels are below the NCEP
(NCEP is a medical standard) recommended 200 level. But, that figure has been proven to be
twice too high. We should work to lower our fasting triglyceride level to about 100 or slightly
lower. You don't want to go too low, because adequate triglycerides are necessary. [page 74,80,

The medical establishment has known many of these facts for years. They think the public is so
stupid that if medical doctors told the public to eat high fat diets to lose weight, the public would
be too ignorant to choose good healthy fats rather than bad killer animal fats and bad killer
vegetable oils like Corn Oil and Soy Oil etc. etc. The medical establishment in their wisdom,
decided if medical doctors told you to eat high fat diets, you would go out and pig out on bacon,
fat cuts of meat, other bad killer fats, and junk food.
Are we really that stupid? I see most of you voting for the least of two evils, (Democrat or
Republican) maybe the general public is that stupid! I voted Libertarian. I won't vote for any kind
of evil. When you vote for the least of two evils, you always receive the evil you deserve.
Al Gore told us how evil George Bush is and George Bush told us how evil Al Gore is, so why
would anyone be fool enough to vote for either of them? Read articles on my Website and you
will see, both Al Gore and George Bush are in reality a thousand times more evil than the mud

******************** How to Eat Right *************************
As I said, always eat small meals. Never eat big meals, because when you are full, your body
pumps out too much harmful cortisol or corticosteroid hormones. Always stop eating when you
are from two thirds to three quarters full, this gives your stomach room to process the food
without being stressed into pumping out harmful cortisols. Eating too much at one meal stresses
your system. When you are too full, you are overloading your system with toxins. When your
stomach is overloaded, your system pushes unprocessed food toxins into the bloodstream.
Going too long without eating is as bad as eating too much. When you go too long without eating
your system pumps out harmful toxins. When you are too full or eat too much of any one food
you get leaky gut syndrome, forcing unprocessed food toxins into your bloodstream. Any type of
stress causes your body to pump out harmful corticosteroids into your blood stream.

Eating too much of any one food causes leaky gut syndrome. Leaky gut syndrome pushes food
toxins into your bloodstream. Your immune system targets leaky gut food toxins pumped into
your bloodstream as a poisonous toxin, overtaxing your immune system and adrenal glands. When
your adrenal glands get stuck open from over use you get insomnia and can't sleep. When you
can't sleep enough or deep enough you exhaust your human growth hormones (HGH) which is
responsible for rejuvenating your body. HGH slows down the aging clock. Leaky gut syndrome
can lead us into a destructive chain of events which causes many diseases to strike us.
Your body already has all the diseases known to mankind in small doses in your body. When you
weaken your immune system those diseases rise to the surface, because your immune system is
too weak to restrain them. Any cortisol, aspirin, NSAID (Motrin, Advil, Aleve, Ibuprofen are
NSAID's) or steroid if used too much, can shut down or severely restrain your production of
eicosanoids. Your immune system can't operate without plenty of good and bad eicosanoids.

While plenty of antioxidants are good, too much antioxidants can restrain your production of
good and bad eicosanoids. Thus, its not a good idea to overuse antioxidant supplements. Nature
is a balance. Too much of anything is bad news. Up too 90 ounces of water per day can be good
to flush out the toxins, but more water than that can over-flood your system causing you medical
problems. The amount of water you can safely drink depends on how large you are and how hot
the weather is.
Dr. Sears says you should not go longer than 5 hours before eating another small meal. If I go
over 4 hours without eating, I'm in trouble. I have an hypoglycemia problem. Almost all obese
people are hypoglycemic. When you go over 4 hours without eating, your insulin level goes out of
balance (zone).
When out of the zone, your body starts pumping out too little insulin causing bad cortisol or
corticosteroids, and bad eicosanoid hormones to be pumped into your blood stream. After being
too hungry, when you eat, your body pumps out too much insulin which causes your body to
pump too much cortisol and bad eicosanoids into your bloodstream. These hormones along with
good eicosanoids are essential to create the building blocks to sustain life. But too much cortisol
or corticosteroid hormones effectively shuts down all production of good and bad eicosanoids
which is life threatening. Without eicosanoids we die.

The trick (causing good health) is to balance your insulin and eicosanoids, giving the good
eicosanoids a boost so the good eicosanoids mildly outnumber the bad eicosanoids. The only way
to do this, is to eat slow, chew well, eating small meals at least every 4-5 hours, keeping your
insulin level steady and balanced in a safe Zone! After 4 hours without eating, the longer you go
without eating, the more bad eicosanoids your body puts into your bloodstream.
If you go long enough without food, especially carbohydrate, your brain starts to shut down
(hypoglycemic Bonk) and your performance level drops. When you bonk, you have already gone
too long without food. Several (15-45) minutes before you start bonking, your body started
pumping out bad cortisol and bad eicosanoids.
After 4 hours without eating, I start bonking. Some people can go as long as 5 or 6 hours before
they start bonking. It all depends on how good your health is and what shape your body is in.
Because of bad eating habit, when you have been pumping out too much cortisol and bad
eicosanoids for 55 years like I did, you don't have much resilience remaining.
When you lose your resilience, it is because your human growth hormone (HGH) is depleted.
Two years ago, my HGH was tested at the level of the average man of 82 years old. By studying
and applying what I've studied, now my HGH is that of a man 67 years old. However, I'll be 59
years old January 21st. 2001.
Too much body fat depletes HGH, and depletes good eicosanoids, testosterone, progesterone
and host of other essential good hormones. Being too fat also overloads your system with toxins.
Toxins are stored in body fat. When you lose fat, the toxins in that fat are flushed into your
bloodstream. Then gradually flushed out of your system.
Eat slow!!!You should not watch television nor be distracted when you eat. When you are eating,
you need to be concentrating on relaxing, making sure you are chewing your food enough, tasting
your food. Watch how the food effects you as you eat. Is the food effecting your mood? Is the
food satisfying your needs? Since your digestion heavily depends on how well you chew your
food, are you chewing long enough with each bite? Is your food causing any food reactions?

Too much food or too little food both stresses you system. Too much of anything stresses your
system including Olive Oil. Try to hold the Olive Oil down to about 4-6 tablespoons per day. Dr.
Sears said: An average size man needs about 50 grams of fat per day, most in good fat. Eat the
biggest verity of food you can afford. Eat as raw as you can handle.
All eicosanoids come from essential fatty acids like Olive Oil and Omega-3 fish oil. Without
enough essential fatty acid, there is not enough building blocks for the construction of good or
bad eicosanoids. Without the eicosanoids, the immune system closes down. This is another good
reason to ingest Olive Oil, Flax Seed Oil and Fish Oil. Omega-3 fatty acid has a strong effect on
which eicosanoids are made from omega-6 fatty acids. [page 169, Anti-Aging-Zone]
If you ad in each meal plenty of omega-3 fatty acids like Olive Oil, Flax Seed Oil or Fish Oil, your
body produces more good eicosanoids, than bad eicosanoids. We should ask our self after each
bite, is my hunger satisfied enough to stop eating? Am I eating because my hunger is not satisfied
or am I eating because it tastes good? Am I eating just because I want to clean my plate?
Eating too much is wasting food, plus killing you! Throwing the food away is much better than
eating too much. Saving the food for another meal is even better. But, don't forget fresh food is
best! Good health is a balancing act.
Don't prepare too much food ahead of time, because it will not be fresh enough. Always fill your
plate with less than you plan on eating. It is better to go back for seconds than to overfill your
plate tempting you to eat too much. Eat your food as raw as you can without causing stomach
problems. Always eat small meals.
Since all diseases are diet related, healing food should be your medicine of choice. The old saying
than an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure is very true. The modern medical
establishment is trying to get rid of (mask) your symptoms rather than heal you. Medical
problems are signals from your body. Your body is giving you pain, trying to get your attention.
Masking symptoms, rather than making changes in your eating and lifestyle, will lead you to an
early grave.
Medical doctors are not getting to the source of your medical problems which are all definitely
either directly or indirectly caused by what you are eating and stress. Mark my words, this is true!

If you want hamburger to cook with, buy lean roasts wash it off good on the outside
and grind it up yourself into raw hamburger. Don't allow the local butcher to grind it
or it will be contaminated by his equipment used to grind contaminated hamburger, pork, and God
only knows what else. Then lightly cook this home made hamburger or
eat it as raw as you can.
********************* Notes About Pork & Scavengers ******************
Unless I'm starving, you can't run fast enough to get me to eat pork. For pork to be halfway safe,
it must be cooked, cooked and cooked again. After the necessary cooking, pork is too
carcinogenic. Smoking and curing pork does not take the poisons nor trichinae out of pork.
(trik-nosis) n. A disease caused by eating undercooked meat, usually pork, that contains
trichinae, which develop as adults in the intestines and as larvae in the muscles, causing intestinal
disorders, fever, nausea, muscular pain, and edema of the face.
That is why God said in the Holy Bible not to eat pork, nor any scavenger. God always
has and always will know best, so take His advice! Pigs are garbage eaters like coyotes, bears,
wolves, crabs, lobsters, birds of pray and other scavengers. These scavenger creatures are full of
poisons and toxins because they eat diseased dead bodies , garbage, and other unclean foods. Eat
scavengers like pigs at your own peril! If I have a choice, I will not eat pigs nor any scavenger.
Even if you fed only fresh vegetables to pigs, they will still be loaded with trichinosis parasites
which can cause lots of damage to your body. Smoking, curing or cooking will not fully get rid of
trichinae parasites. If you want more information about trichinae parasites check with the Seventh
Day Adventist Church, they have videos and
lots of information about trichinosis and diets.
I'm not a Seventh Day Adventist! Like all the other established Christian Churches, they won't
allow free thinking, nor a free spirit like me to speak in their churches. The Spirit of Elijah is not
welcome in established Christian Churches today! John Baptist (Elijah), Christ Jesus and His Holy
Apostles were free thinkers, and free spirits. They were not welcome in the established
Synagogues of their time.

Most people are so stupid, they think God put those dietary rules in the Law of Moses for some
covert religious reasons, busy work or ritual. No, the Holy Bible was not written to stop you from
having fun, nor to cramp your style. The Holy Bible was written for the good of mankind!
Contrary to popular Christian belief, 99 percent of Old Testament laws, especially dietary laws,
were not circumvented by the New Testament!

**************** Preexisting Medical Conditions ******************
If you have a preexisting medical condition, you will need vitamins, minerals and supplement
extracts. If you have no preexisting medical conditions and can handle a
100 percent raw diet, you probably won't need the vitamins, minerals and supplements. Yet, to be
safe, I'd take a good multiple vitamin, 400 mg. of vitamin E, 2000 mg. Omega-3 fish oil, one
tablespoon of Flax-Seed Oil, 50 mg. Grape Seed Extract, and 120 mg. Ginkgo Biloba each day.
Then we might live to be 150 years old.

Don't forget to drink mostly distilled or filtered water, filter the air in your house like
we stated in the last two issues of Elijah's Health & Truth Newsletters. Then get plenty of exercise
(mostly walking) or eating right won't do you much good. I have just outlined on this page and
the above 20 pages what most people need to know to acquire good health. It is that simple.
The major difference in the Mediterranean diet and most other diets you have tried, is, you ad
olive oil to almost everything. Get some books on raw food preparation. A couple good books
are: "Living in the Raw, recipes for a healthy lifestyle" [17.95], by Rose Calabro, "The Raw
Gourmet", by, Nomi Shannon [24.95]
Eat lots of raw dark orange, dark red plants, and dark green leafy vegetables, because they have
more beneficial enzymes. Most Head Lettuce is too lite in color and does not have enough good
enzymes. Eat lots of raw fresh live sprouts, carrots, kale, spinach, Swiss chard, onions, cabbage,
broccoli, cauliflower, snow peas, yellow squash, zucchini, cucumbers, asparagus, purslane,
eggplant, okra, peppers, and tomatoes.
Eat raw potatoes, nuts, whole soaked grains, seeds, artichoke, turnips, radishes, kohlrabi, endive,
rutabagas, celery, garlic, chicory, miners lettuce, chives, corn salad, mustard greens, brussels
sprouts, leeks, parsley, parsnips, avocados, and fruits. Eat them raw if you can. If not, lightly cook
or steam for no more than three minutes on low heat. Don't eat junk foods.
If you want more information as to why I am stating these facts, read the books I have
talked about in this Article. The problem with most of the books I've talked about, is
they each contain 300 or more pages reiterating and belaboring what could have been
said in thirty pages. They bring you the few feeble little scientific facts they have to support what
they are saying, trying to justify their book. Then they bring you all the
non-scientific garbage they are trying to pass off as scientific fact, in order to justify you paying
your hard earned money for the books. They do this because people won't pay $20.00 for a thirty
page book.
By the time the average person with an I.Q. of 103 gets done reading one such 300 page book,
they are so confused with all the information overload, they can't remember the essential facts in
the book dealing with how to acquire good health! The average person does not have the ability
of isolating the essential fact from the non-essential facts, much less isolate the essential facts from
the B.S., hypotheses, conjecture, and speculation. Thus, it might be better to read my News
Letters, than to go to all the time it takes to read those books, or the expense of buying those
books.

good guy? Not many of those these days. God helps me pay my bills. Boy, won't I be rich in

******************* Notes on Reactive Food ***********************
After you have partly settled on your new: "Raw Mediterranean, Non-Reactive-Zone
Diet", you must experiment with the reactive part of your diet. We all have reactions to a few
foods. Food Reactions are different than food allergies. If a person is allergic to a food, they
quickly get sick, and sometimes it can be severe sickness. When we are reactive against a food,
usually within 15 minutes it often makes us very hungry or feeling a little sick, or congested, or
causes wheezing, itching, mood shift, drop in energy level, or feeling a mildly upset stomach.
After eating, we are often full, but because of food reactions, we are so hungry we could eat the
refrigerator. Thus, we can't resist going on an eating being. This is usually caused by either
hypoglycemia, contaminated water, contaminated food or reactive food. Sometimes we have
delayed food reactions that comes usually within 24 hours. Occasionally the food reactions come
within three days or last for up too three days. Rarely food reactions come or last from three day
to seven days. But, never longer than seven day.
The book that deals with food reactions is: "The False Fat Diet", by Dr. Haas. It might be best if
you bought this book. To effectively cover the subject of reactive food would take more space
than this Newsletter can spare, so I will cover it very briefly. When we are reactive to a specific
food, the reaction causes us to eat more and the reaction causes the body to take on more water
trying to flush out what the immune system mistakenly thinks is poison.
Thus, we gain weight from both water retention, and fat from eating too much. When a person
isolates the foods that he/she is reactive too, and stops eating those foods, they often immediately
lose 10-25 pounds. The best way to find what you are reactive too, is to go on a one week juice
only fast. Then after fasting a few days, each day bring back into your diet just one food watching
for reactions. If there is no reaction, the next day add another food item. Keep up this process
until you work out what food you can eat without reactions.

If you can afford the tests, you can get costly food reaction tests like the ELISA test,
ALCAT test, and Scratch tests. If you have sever medical problems, they are well worth the cost.
Cell reactive food tests like ELISA are good tests,.but the ALCAT test is the best and most
accurate test. A 100 food panel test can cost from $400.00 to $800.00 and most insurance
companies won't pay for the tests. A 30 food panel test might only cost $175.00. The ELISA or
ALCAT tests are the fastest and most effective way to rule out reactive foods. But, even after
these tests, we must do our own fasting food tests to be totally safe. The ALCAT tests have
tested from 83-96 percent accurate.
The Sublingual Test, Pulse Test, and Kinesiology Tests are of limited value, but do sometimes
work. The Sublingual test is done by a doctor placing food extracts under your tongue, then
watching for symptoms like wheezing, itching, congestion, changes of mood and energy level.
This type test uses subjective perceptions and it only identifies immediate reactions. Thus, Dr.
Haas said in his book, he does not use this test.
The Pulse test is better than the Sublingual test. The Pulse test should be done first thing in the
morning on an empty stomach. To perform this test the patient takes his/her own pulse, then eats
a moderate or large portion of one suspected food and 15 minutes later takes his pulse again. If
the pulse is 10-15 beats per minute higher- it can indicate a reactive food. This test is useful in
conjunction with the ELISA or ALCAT
tests. Fasting tests and the Pulse Test are the most accurate tests one can do by themselves
without a medical doctor. The fasting Test and Pulse Test takes more time, but in combination
they work as well, if not better then the ELISA or ALCAT tests.
The Kinesiology test is the most unscientific method of testing, yet, sometimes works. It is a very
subjective test. This test is often done by Chiropractors and Naturopaths. There is little or no
scientific evidence to support the Kinesiology test, but oddly it works sometimes.
It is done by putting a small sample of suspected reactive food against your skin or under your
tongue and test your muscle strength usually by pressing down on your outreached arm. If you
are able to resist more forcefully when the food is not touching you it can indicate a food reaction.
If you can resist more forcefully when the food is touching you, it indicates a good food for you
to eat. This test works better when the food is under your tongue. I think the skin test is a bad
joke. But, I might be wrong?

Dairy Products, Wheat, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts, Sugar, Corn and Corn Syrup. Any products which
contain the sensitive eight most reactive foods should be highly suspect. Get products that contain
Corn Syrup out of your house and keep them out..
****************** Other Suspects Foods should be: ******************
Gluten (present in wheat, rye, barley, Oats, spelt, and kamut), Shrimp and other shell fish, Citrus
fruit, Chocolate, Yeast, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Aspartame and coffee, teas, msg, additives, sulfites,
dyes, and other preservatives, beer, wine, cocktail mixes like margaritas.
****************** Occasionally Reactive Foods: *********************
Bacon and other pork products, cinnamon, mustard, grapes, raisins, berries, especially
strawberries, onions, nuts, beef, peas, coconut, vinegar, bananas, celery, many spices like cloves,
curry, turmeric, green and red peppers, black pepper, quinoa, Pineapple, cherries, mushrooms,
plumbs, barley, melon, chicken, kidney beans, and lima beans.
********* The good guy foods which are seldom reactive are: **************
Rice, pears, kale, salmon, other ocean fish like sole, halibut, bass, trout, turkey, rabbit, lamb,
sweet potatoes, honey, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, apricots, cranberries,
squash, olives, olive oil, herbal teas and tapioca.
**************** The Reactive Food Isolation Procedure ****************
After your three to seven day juice fast, first add the good guy foods one per day.
When you are done with the good guy foods, then start adding the occasionally reactive foods,
one every three days. Some people may need to wait as long as seven days between each food
added, it may take some of us longer to react. Then after you are done with the occasionally
active foods, slowly move into the sensitive eight most reactive foods. With the sensitive eight,
since now you have a good verity of safe food for you to eat, add one food item per week. Don't
rush these tests. You can always back up and start a new fast at any point again in your series of
tests.

According to Dr. Haas, when you eat any one food too often, you are more likely to become
reactive against that particular food. Therefore, eat the biggest verity of foods you can safely eat.
Avoid getting stuck in ruts where you keep eating the same old foods day in and day out. Stop
eating a particular food for a couple of weeks then bring it back into your diet for a week. You
are less likely to become reactive to those foods you rotate. These are only guidelines, don't make
a religion out of it!
On reactive foods you have not eaten for six months, try them again. Often, you will no longer be
reactive against a food you have avoided for six months. Getting rid of reactive foods is very
important to your health, for while you are eating a reactive food, it wears down your immune
system.
Don't pig out on a particular food, especially a food you haven't eaten for a while. When you pig
out on a particular food, it can cause your body to be reactive against
that particular food for several months. The overload of that particular food can triggered your
immune system, to treat that particular food as an enemy invader.
My stomach can't handle raw vegetables all the time. I don't like cold vegetables all the time. So,
in the winter, I take a couple of hands full of frozen Flav-R-Pac Grande Classic Normandy Blend
Restaurant Style Vegetables and a couple of hands full of frozen Flav-R-Pac Stir Fry Vegetables I
buy from Costco. I put them into a small colander and warm them up under warm water.
Sometimes I warm them too room temperature via sitting in the warm house.
Then, I put two tablespoons of olive oil in a small frying pan, lightly saute some fresh chopped up
onions, put my room temperature vegetables in the frying pan, add some olives, green pepper,
garlic, sea salt and a pinch of ginger. Sometimes I put small strips of lightly cooked meat on my
vegetable mixture. I warm this mixture up slowly with low heat until just above body temperature.
This does not destroy as much protein, and other building blocks as stir-frying or thawing with
high heat. Then I dish them up, put lots of fresh live sprouts on top of my plate full of warm
vegetable mix and eat them with my vegetables.
There is much controversy about the value of frozen vegetables. Some so-called experts and
doctors say, since most vegetables must be blanched before they are frozen, much of the protein
and other building blocks have been destroyed. My proof reader said, "Don't you suspect this is
what has happened to your Flav-R-Pac vegetables?" Yes, it has happen to them! But, I don't
always have fresh vegetables in the winter, and I must eat something! If we hearken to all the
so-called experts, there is nothing left to eat! Use your own intuition.

Other so-called experts and medical doctors say, the frozen vegetables were fresher than most
supermarket vegetables when they were frozen. Thus, being frozen is as good or better than most
supermarket vegetables. WHO KNOWS? All the experts and medical doctors agree that fresh
farmers market or fresh home grown vegetables are best. They all agree that frozen vegetables are
hundreds of times better than canned vegetables. I'm never going to buy canned vegetables any
more. Canned vegetables are full of bad salt and chemicals. Plus the cans can be toxic. It does not
cost more to buy frozen vegetables or fresh vegetables since most canned vegetables are half full
of water.
Back in the old days, no-one had freezers, so they were forced to can food. Now its time to do
away with canning vegetables. When you have your own vegetable garden,
freezing is much easier than canning. Plus, with freezing, you only blanch vegetables about three
minutes, whereas canned vegetables must be cooked heavily. Therefore canned vegetables are
more carcinogenic than frozen vegetables. Heavily cooking destroys more building blocks than
blanching and freezing.
Soy and Protein powder are a good way for most people to ingest needed protein. Soy and
protein powder is much better than meat for most people. After reading doctor Sears latest large
book called: "The Soy Zone", I tried Soy in my chili. I replaced one
third of the pinto beans in my chili recipe with Soy Beans. But, I discovered, I am very
reactive with Soy and Peanuts. This is why protein powders never worked for me. Protein powder
always made me very hungry. Most protein powders are made with Soy.
Most of mother and my old cooking from scratch (from bulk unprocessed raw food items) recipes
are on my Website in "Cooking for the Troops". It contains many top notch recipes. Most modern
cook books say, open a can of this or open a can of that. If you want an old 1930's style cook
book, take a look at my cook book.
[In a study it was found that 6.7 percent of Americans claim to be vegetarian, and 40
percent of these vegetarian say they eat fish or poultry every week and most of them
put olive oil on their vegetables and salad. This sound more like the healthy Mediterranean diet to
me!]
Like I said, follow your own intuition! Your body will tell you what to eat if you listen carefully.
It is very important to learn to listen to your own intuition. Your body warns you through medical
problems to change your lifestyle and what your are eating. Don't count on eating only raw
vegetables, your body might need some meat added to your diet for some extra protein.

Back off on the vitamins, minerals and supplements once in a while. You can poison yourself by
overdoing it. You could even be reactive to some vitamins, minerals and supplements. On
television a couple of days ago, they said research has discovered that multiple vitamins are
sometimes a bad thing, because some people's systems are overloaded with some of the vitamins,
minerals or supplements. They said it might be better to tailor your own vitamin, mineral and
supplement regimen to your own needs.
I would agree with the television report, especially if you have preexisting medical conditions.
You can use the fasting test and pulse test on vitamins, minerals and supplements. You might be
surprised at what you discover.
I stopped buying store bought mayonnaise and my favorite salad dressings like ranch,
thousand islands, and french dressing, because they are loaded with Corn Syrup. Now I make my

1 egg
½ teaspoon of sea salt
½ teaspoon of Oregon Spice mustard seed powder
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup of Canola Oil
Put egg, sea salt, mustard and vinegar in blinder with 1/4 cup of oil. Blind on low speed, uncover
and slowly but steadily pour in remaining oil. Makes 1 and 1/4 cups of mayonnaise.

with vinegar and/or lemon juice. Years ago I made homemade thousand islands salad dressing. I
will try to find the old recipe. I remember we used a small can of some hot spicy tomato and red
pepper mixture. I learned the thousand Islands recipe from Sister Faye Coit in Dewitt Arkansas.

Most seeds and grains have good shelf lives, so buy plastic buckets with sealed lids ahead of time,
storing the grain in your cellar or house. In Western Washington, I store
my grain and seed in old worn out freezers in the bag they come in, using no heat. I also store
large grain and beans in sealed plastic buckets in my garage with no heat. Of course you could not
do that in cold places like Montana. In Montana you would
need to store your old worn out freezer in a basement, cellar or heated house or heated
garage.
I've stored wheat, rice and beans for seven years with no problems. After about four
years pinto beans get a bit hard, but are still edible. Wheat will outlast you and still sprout if
stored right. I've got rice I've had for ten years and its as good as the day I bought it. Soy beans
keep as good as pinto beans. Small Sprout seeds don't keep more
